The property boarders 23,750 acres of National Forest Preserve where hikers and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy miles of natural wonders. Moose, mountain lion and an occasional bighorn sheep are found here and the Wellsvilles are located in a major western flyway for raptors each fall. A 9 hole executive forgiving golf course is carved among groves of Big Tooth Maple and Alpine Aspen.
