US-218 becomes I-380 after less than a mile. Turn Right onto the ramp towards I-380/ US 20 / IA-27 / Cedar Rapids / Dubuque / Cedar Falls. Go left on the ramp onto I-380 SR-27 towards I-380 / IA-27 / Cedar Rapids; follow this for approximately 6 miles. Take the ramp onto I-380 towards Cedar Rapids.
