Exiting the airport - turn left onto Beach City Road. At the traffic light turn right onto Hwy 278. Go approximately 2 miles to the traffic light intersecting Gumtree Road turn right. At the end of Gumtree Road turn right at the stop sign onto Squire Pope Road. The Daufuskie Island embarkation is approximately 0.8 miles on your left. Take the ferry from the embarkation center to Daufuskie Island Resort and Breathe Spa.
Exit the I-95 north exit out of the airport and continue to exit 8 to Hilton Head Island. Proceed on Hwy 278 about 20 miles to the Hilton Head Island Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue approximately 1.5 miles then turn left at the first traffic light on Squire Pope Road. The Daufuskie Island embarkation center is located two miles on the left just before Hilton Head Plantations Cypress Gate. Take the ferry from the embarkation center to Daufuskie Island Resort and Breathe Spa.
